1958: The Beginning

Our journey began when Seth Hanuman Das Ji Sipani started trading in hand-spun yarn, crafted on traditional charkhas by women artisans in local villages. This yarn was supplied to Khadi Mandir, India’s largest textile unit.

1962: The First Expansion

Under the leadership of Seth Panna Lal Ji Sipani, the family entered into wool assorting and selling, sourcing indigenous Indian wool. This marked our emergence as trusted wool suppliers.

1970s: Entering Machinery and Processing

Real brothers Seth Hanuman Das Ji and Seth Panna Lal Ji pioneered mechanized wool processing, expanding into wool tops and selling in Ludhiana — India's wool hub.

1980: The Turning Point

On 17th April 1980, Shri Lilam Chand Ji Sipani established Rajkamal Industries in Rani Bazaar, Bikaner — our first manufacturing unit and a transformational moment for the business.

1981: Further Diversification

We introduced yarn washing with the creation of Sipani Industries, elevating product quality and expanding our capabilities.

1998: A New Era of Modernization

With the leadership of Manish Kumar Ji Sipani, we launched P.H. Woollen Mills Pvt. Ltd., our third and most advanced plant at the time, redefining wool processing standards in the region.

2000: Expanding Our Footprint

We established P.H. Agencies in Bhadohi, expanding our reach to key markets including Panipat, Agra, Bhadohi, and Mirzapur, strengthening our role in India’s carpet industry.

2011: A New Generation Steps Forward​

Gautam Kumar Ji Sipani founded Sipani Woolen Mills Pvt. Ltd., bringing in modern innovation while preserving our legacy of quality.

2017: Evolution into New Frontiers​

Sipani Felt Industries was launched in Bikaner, expanding our expertise into woollen felt sheets, catering to industrial and multifunctional uses.
